When Experience Matters

Melissa E. Webb

A relentless advocate, Melissa focuses her practice in the areas of personal injuries, auto negligence, trucking accidents, premises liability, wrongful death, and medical negligence.

Melissa previously worked as in-house counsel for an insurance company. Her understanding of how insurance companies evaluate and defend claims gives her a competitive advantage in her personal injury practice.

Melissa has extensive trial experience and has conducted hundreds of witness and expert depositions.

Outside of her legal work, Melissa volunteers with Tulsa Lawyers for Children and Lawyers Fighting Hunger. She founded the Lawyers Helping Lawyers Women’s Group Tulsa Chapter and is involved in the Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.
