Zackary A. Brown

Zackary A. Brown is an associate attorney with Graves McLain Injury Lawyers. After being admitted to practice law in Oklahoma in 2019, Zackary was an Assistant Public Defender in Tulsa County. As a Public Defender, Zackary represented hundreds of criminal defendants and ensured that each one’s constitutional rights were protected. He took eight jury trials to verdict, involving gang violence, murder, stand-your-ground claims and sexual assault charges. He consistently achieved high results, including two not guilty verdicts.

Zackary’s experience as a zealous advocate for indigent criminal clients means he understands those without a voice and has the experience to fight for and protect your rights. He focuses his entire practice on representing victims of personal injury. Zackary is able to draw from his extensive courtroom experience to attain high results in negotiations and litigation.

Zackary graduated from Oklahoma State University in 2016, then The University of Tulsa College of Law in 2019. He volunteers with Catholic Charities, Eastern Oklahoma Food Bank, Tulsa Lawyers for Children and Lawyers Fighting Hunger. He is active in the Tulsa County Bar Association, Oklahoma Bar Association, Oklahoma Association for Justice, and the American Association for Justice.
