2025 Graves McLain Back-to-School Festival with the Drillers at ONEOK Field

Sunday, August 10, 2025 | 11:00am – 1:00pm

Come join us and the Drillers at the ballpark for a fun family-friendly festival to kick off the 2025-2026 back-to-school season! Complimentary backpacks, school supplies, and other resources for school-aged children in need (while supplies last).

The annual Back-to-School Festival is part of the Firm’s ongoing commitment to the Tulsa Community we serve. Our goal is to help alleviate the financial burden often associated with the back-to-school season by offering complimentary backpacks, school supplies, and other resources to school-aged children in need throughout the greater Tulsa area. Through partnerships with valued local organizations and businesses, the Festival also fosters collaborative opportunities in support of a common community cause.

Initial highlights include: 

• KHITS 1069 live onsite remote
• Hornsby fun photo ops and Drillers Giveaways
• Vehicle display and anti-bullying resources from the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office
• Hands-only CPR with the Tulsa American Heart Association
• Healthy eating and food resources from Iron Gate Tulsa
• Mentorship opportunities and youth empowerment resources from Big Brothers Big Sisters of Oklahoma
• Coloring station hosted by Tulsa Accident Care Center
• Free books from Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library
• Backpack fitting demos and carry techniques by Tulsa Spine & Rehab
• Bookmark crafts and reading trackers from South Tulsa Vision Development Center
• Apple dippers and apple juice provided by McDonald’s
• Concession stand complimentary sample-size snacks for students with water donated by Hiland Dairy

FREE PARKING is available at the OSU Tulsa parking lot on N. Elgin Ave and Easton Street. Free street parking is also available on Sundays.

Become a Sponsor or Donor

Looking for active ways to make in a difference in our community? There are multiple ways to help support the 2025 Back-to-School Festival:

• Sponsor or Host a Booth Activity
  This is a great way to interact with families in our community while helping to provide things like hands-on arts and crafts, fun educational experiences, and awareness of community resources.
• Become a Food Sponsor
  No festival is complete without yummy snacks. Come share your culinary delights with the community while making an impact on Tulsa’s youth during the back-to-school season.
• Host a Supply Drive
  Can’t get out of the office? Have a high traffic location? We can come to you! Consider collecting needed items in the months and days leading up to the event. All items you help collect will be donated to the school-aged children in need. Items needed include markers, crayons, pens, glue sticks, and so much more.

Interested In Volunteering?

If you have time and are willing to help, we have plenty of tasks to go around! Volunteers are needed on Sunday, August 10 for the following:

• 9:00 am – 10:30 am | Setup Crew – Unpackage and sort supplies
• 10:30 am – 1:30 pm | Festival Crew – Distribute supplies, welcome families, keep festival stations running, breakdown
• 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm | Cleanup Crew – Break down and pack up

Many areas / shifts require multiple people – so grab a friend or two and come out to help our community! Please note: All Sunday shifts will be outside at the ballpark. Wear sunscreen and dress accordingly.
