Seventh Ford Escape Recall Issued: Potential Fire Risk
Ford Motor Co. is recalling its popular Escape Crossover for the seventh time since its 2013 redesign.
The latest in a string of problems that has faced the vehicle is the most dangerous, centering around oil and fuel leaks which can result in vehicle fires.
There have already been over 13 fires reported as a result of this defective vehicle construction. Ford Motor Co. is making repairs at no cost to consumers, but those with the affected vehicles are advised to drive with extreme caution and get the necessary corrections as soon as possible.
