We are so proud and excited to let you know that our very own Chad McLain has been named President of Oklahoma Association for Justice. This is an incredible honor, and we know that Chad will work tirelessly fighting for the rights of the people of Oklahoma.
Oklahoma Association for Justice (OAJ), formerly known as Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association is an organization of Oklahoma Trial Lawyers, who are committed to protecting the rights of the people. For over 50 years OAJ has worked hard to make legislation affecting men and women throughout Oklahoma less severe for plaintiffs.
OAJ fights to uphold a fair and effective justice system and to support the work of attorneys in their efforts to protect the people. Their goal is to ensure that any person who is injured by the misconduct or negligence of others can obtain justice in Oklahoma’s courtrooms, even when taking on the most powerful interests.

OAJ and its members work to:
- Advocate for the civil justice system
- Enhance the practice of law
- Improve our local communities with important programs that give back and help
- Promote accountability & safety against wrongdoers and powerful corporations
Attorney Chad McLain, a founding partner of Graves McLain PLLC, was sworn in as the new president of OAJ this past weekend.
As President of OAJ, Chad will work on building the OAJ membership to create an even stronger alliance between attorneys and lawmakers in the government. He will work to advance this important, progressive organization in their community and consumer-oriented goals and missions. Whether it’s helping local tornado victims, feeding the hungry of Oklahoma, donating clothes for those in need, or partnering with local non-profit organizations the members of OAJ work to better our community every day.
